Thanks to my awesome soon-to-be brother in-law (and webmaster) Matt, you can now get to this blog by just typing in www.cassidydawn.com! Hopefully sometime soon there will be an actual website there, but it is now official, and it is easier to remember :). The old way works to, but I just had business cards printed (so fun!) and that is the address on them.

I am soo excited to show you these! We’ve got our engagement pictures, done my the so amazing and talented Melanie Mauer. Most of you know that I have worked for Melanie for over 2 years, and I was so excited to get the chance to have her photograph us. We love, love, love the pictures and I wanted to share a few, now there are so many, so I am really just picking a few of my favorites, hopefully, sorry if I go overboard (but I love them all!). Another photo shoot this week, this time I got to shoot my sister and her long time fiance. We have done an engagement shoot before, but decided to update it. We had an absolute blast, well, we did walk around for 2 hours, so if you ask Chelsea make sure her feet have healed by now. A little secret about Chillicothe…there are sooo many options for pictures!!! Just check out some of the backgrounds I found, and these are just a sampling…we took so many! I can’t wait to be back in the area to take advantage of it, someday :)

Well, here is Aaron again! I have posted him on here before, but yesterday I got to have another shoot with him and we had a lot of fun. He is only 7 months, but you wouldn’t believe it just looking at him, he is soo big, I am pretty sure he is already gearing up for football (check out the 4th image) :) We have tons a pictures from the shoot, but here a just a few of my favorites, enjoy!

Sophie is one! Sophie is the daughter of one of my very best friends, Hayley (I’ve posted both Hayley’s wedding and pictures of Sophie on here before). Well she turned one on the 17th and I was lucky enough to get to take her one year pictures this weekend, we had so much fun! I haven’t gotten to see her very much this year, and I can’t believe how much she has grown, she is absolutely adorable! Here are a few of my favs…

I’ve been shooting a lot of architecture for my photo studies here at school and this is one I really like. I am loving the huge blue sky. Hope your sky is this beautiful today!

Please, you must go out and enjoy this weather!!! I have been taking walks for at least an hour everyday that we’ve had nice weather and I just feel great. I have been updating my iTunes and walking all around Wilmore (I know, huge, right :) ), it is soo refreshing and gives me a little “me time” in the day! So get off the computer and go outside!

I love Wonderful Graffiti!!! What is it? Well the “letters are very, very thin pieces of vinyl. A light adhesive holds them firmly on the wall until you’re ready to remove them.
